How it works

End customer

  1. Order the desired amount of mailbox migrations as end customer
  2. Log into the „Backend“ with the access details that you have received
  3. Create a mailbox migration and schedule it according to your needs (immediately or planned)
  4. Following a finished migration, you will receive a summary including the status (successful/unsuccessful) from our system

Reseller

  1. Order the desired amount of mailbox migrations as reseller
  2. Log into the „Backend“ with the access details that you have received
  3. Create your first end customer account
  4. Log in as end customer or send the access details to your customer
  5. You or your customer create a mailbox migration and schedule it according to your needs
  6. Following a finished migration, you or your customer will receive a summary including the status from our system
